My mom lent me this book some time ago ... it got buried beneath the Twilight series, "Uncle Fred in the Springtime," "The Human Factor," etc. etc. Maybe this will help bring it to the top!

I like to have lots of book options thrown at me for my on deck list.

Go for it.

I think my idea is stinky. I should have kept my ideas to myself on this one, I think I ruined this club! I must admit, I have continued reading, but I had gone to Barnes and Noble and loaded up on somethings. I typically read one to three or more books a week. I try to have one for fun and the others are typically something for self-improvement, work related , etc..

That said, I'm going to go in and make a post in the discussions area. If someone objects, they can let me know and I will go in and gladly delete the post...

I fell off the wagon, I admit. I never even got the book, I know, I know, I'm AWFUL. Actually I am not, I am just insanely busy.

Any life out there? Anyone reading Cindy's suggestion? Why don't you start a discussion about the book and someone else suggest something?

I know Kim is itching to suggest one, so go for it! Place the title of your book in the Discussion section and lets give it another go-

Hey, some of you must have fallen asleep while reading... Where in the heck is everyone??? I am in Hawaii for goodness sakes and at least I am taking time out of fun and sun to be here... Come on back in. It's about time for someone else to have a turn and for Cindy and everyone who read the book to let us know how it was? I am going to be honest and tell you that my brother and sister in law came for the weekend/week and I didn't get in my valuable reading time!!! I am going to play catch up this weekend though.

Next time I log in, I hope to see some life out here!

Aloha!
Sassy Shanna

Kim, I noticed that you and I have a common favorite book on our blogs... I am thinking one of us might mention it down the road. :o)

I'll tell you what, ladies, there's nothing better than getting a few reviews before you dive into a book and later discover that it wasn't worth your time. I'd rather read something that has been recommended to me, so this is great!

I'm salivating to suggest a book but I guess I will have to wait my turn. I post B*a*g Book Notes on my blog so I love this.

I love passing books along as well. Much better than collecting dust in my living room.

OK, so Casey, looks like Cindy is first and we are looking forward to going from there! Exciting!

I read a lot of inspirational-type stuff, non-fiction, and classics. But I'm open to learning about new books. Sometimes a fiction book comes along and sweeps me off my feet. But I confess, I think I'm the only woman alive who hasn't read Twilight. I just don't read as much as I would like to, so I squeeze in favorites like Jane Austen or something that teaches or explores a topic of interest. I'm a geek. I admit it. *wink*

I guess this means I'll have to stop reading the Twilight series over and over! I admit it, I'm in love with Edward Cullen! What a pure lovestory- about vampires! LOL
